Choir carols for Christmas Eve 2024

The Nine Lessons and Carols takes place on Christmas Eve at 6.30pm.

We will have as many rehearsals as we can squeeze in after Sunday service but definitely propose the following:

3rs November
17th November
24th November
8th December
22nd December
We will have a run through in the church room at 5.45pm before the service on Christmas Eve.

Just grab your tea/coffee after the service and bring it through to the church.
We understand that not everyone will be able to make every rehearsal!!!

This year we will be singing Cloth for the Cradle. There is a recording you can listen to via the link below. It is a men's version but will give you a good idea of the tune and there are lyrics as well. We are currently sourcing the music and will let you have it as soon as we do!

And The First Nowell that we sang last year. This is such a lovely version and we thought that it can definitely stand an outing for  a second year on the run! For those that didn't take part in the choir last year - don't worry! We sing it in unison but divide up the verses as per the recording below and you will soon pick it up!
